4th of July Fun!

We went to Idaho for the weekend to spend the 4th of July with Jeff's side of the family! We had lots of fun taking the kids to the waterpark, parade, carnival and cherry picking! We even had a camp out with the cousins in Grandma and Grandpa's backyard! Thanks to all of you for a fun weekend!!

After the morning parade on July 4th we had fun with the cousins at their town's 4th of July Carnival. It was so nice to spend this Holiday with them!

4th of July Fireworks!

The kids waited impatiently for Uncle Mark to start the family firework display in front of Grandma and Papa's house in Idaho. They had already had a busy day so it was good that we were close to home for bedtime following the show!

Cherry Picking!

We enjoyed our 4th of July tradition of cherry picking with the family in Idaho! (I was more excited about the picture opportunities than actually getting cherries...but the cherries were good too.) The kids enjoyed picking cherries and having fun frolicing through the orchard with their cousins. What a great 4th of July acitivity!


Kara carries our cherry buckets back to the car so we can take them to be weighed. Show those muscles Kara! Wahoo!

My kids couldn't be happier when they get to spend the day in their swimsuits. Especially when we take them to play at the waterpark with their cousins. Kara and Trevor are the shortest two in this picture, but they are the youngest too, so we will give them that! They had so much fun that day! They love their cousins!
